This information, also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data, describes the management methods of the Ubiquicom site (hereinafter the Site) with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who access and interact with it.
The information and data on the Site are and remain the property of Ubiquicom itself and the user undertakes not to use or treat them in a manner incompatible with this title.
The data controller is Ubiquicom.
The types of data processed are navigation data and data voluntarily communicated by the user.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with specific subjects / users (for example IP addresses).
The optional or explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this Site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's e-mail address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
These personal data are processed in compliance with current legislation and according to the security measures prepared by Ubiquicom to ensure compliance with the Technical Regulations on Minimum Security Measures - Annex B to the Privacy Code.
Personal data are collected and processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification.
The interested party has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
In any case, these subjects are entitled to the rights referred to in Articles. 7 and 8 of Legislative Decree 196/03, and its subsequent amendments and additions.
The requests described above must be addressed to Ubiquicom in writing.
